Series of muscular and cardiovascular exercises aimed at improving the functional capacity: coordination, balance (stabilizers), power and muscular endurance. All in a motivating atmosphere!

Valid from March 26th to April 30th, 2019. Every Tuesdays at 12:10pm with Raphaël.

Please note that you’ll need to go to Énergie Sud to pick up your membership card ($10+tx), if you don’t have one.
