If you have 30 minutes, we have the solution!
Easy and fast, the Fitness Xpress Zone is a circuit consisting of 8 weight training machines.
You must do each machine identified by a blue number in numerical order with minimal rest time between each machine. Then, continue with 5 minutes of cardio of your choice (treadmill, bike, elliptical, stepper, wave)!
Repeat the circuit 2 times and your workout is finished.
You will have contributed to increasing your strength and your cardio while toning your body!
